Appointment Booking

By booking an appointment with Vision Care, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Late cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment for home eye testing services is due at the time of service.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
• For eyeglass purchases, a 50% deposit is required when placing an order.

3. Service Expectations

• The customer agrees to provide a suitable space for conducting the eye examination.
• The customer will be present at the agreed appointment time and address.
• The customer will provide accurate health information relevant to the eye examination.

4. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• Medical information collected during the examination will be kept confidential.

5. Liability

• Vision Care will not be liable for any pre-existing conditions not detected during the examination.
• Recommendations made are based on the examination results at the time of service.
